Nigerian singers, Omah Lay and Tems have safely arrived in Nigeria after their unpleasant experience in Uganda.
The announcement of their arrival was made by the chairman of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri via her twitter account.
Omah Lay and Tems where on Sunday last week arrested by the Ugandan Police and were arraigned before a court on Monday morning after been accused of breaking Covid-19 rules in the country.
Their arrest sparked an outrage on social media as their fans launched #freeomahlay and #freetems on micro blogging site twitter.
One of Uganda Top artist called Bebe Cool has been accused of been the point man leading to the arrest of Omah lay and Tems.
