Mango lassi

When it’s hot outside, a frosty mango lassi is sweet and refreshing. Enjoy as an indulgent breakfast smoothie or a fresh dessert.


  • 100ml/3½fl oz single cream
  • 200ml/7fl oz full fat milk
  • 400ml/14fl oz natural unsweetened yoghurt
  • 400ml/14fl oz mango pulp
  • 4 tsp caster sugar
