When it’s hot outside, a frosty mango lassi is sweet and refreshing. Enjoy as an indulgent breakfast smoothie or a fresh dessert.
- 100ml/3½fl oz single cream
- 200ml/7fl oz full fat milk
- 400ml/14fl oz natural unsweetened yoghurt
- 400ml/14fl oz mango pulp
- 4 tsp caster sugar
Blend the ingredients together and serve with ice. Easy!
