Budget pigs in blankets

Using normal sausages and cutting them in half lengthways makes them go further and with the spring onion and bacon they taste extra delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sunflower or vegetable oil
  • 6 herby pork sausages, separated
  • 6 spring onions, trimmed and halved
  • 6 rashers smoked streaky bacon, halved
